All new subscriptions include a 14-day free trial period:
- Your payment method is collected at sign-up but will not be charged during the trial period
- You can cancel at any time during the trial with no charge
- If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and your payment method will be charged
3. No Refunds After Payment
Because we offer a generous 14-day free trial that allows you to fully evaluate our service before any payment is processed, all payments are final and non-refundable. Once your trial period ends and you are charged, no refunds will be issued.
4. Exceptions
Refunds may still be issued in the following limited circumstances:
- Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same subscription
- Unauthorized Charges: If unauthorized charges are confirmed on your account
- Technical Failures: If a critical platform failure prevented you from using the service during a significant portion of your paid period
5. Subscription Cancellation
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- During the free trial: Cancel anytime, no charge, immediate cancellation
- After payment: Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing cycle after cancellation
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time in the current billing period
