- YouTube Data: When you add competitors or view trending videos, we fetch public channel metadata and video thumbnails via YouTube Data API v3. This includes channel names, avatars, and video information.

- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device type for security and analytics purposes.

- We cache YouTube data with configurable TTLs to minimize API quota usage

- Your YouTube channel is only accessed if you explicitly add it as a competitor or link your own channel

- Workspace Collaborators: Information you share is visible to team members you invite to your workspace based on their role (Viewer, Editor, Admin).
