- YouTube Data: When you add competitors or view trending videos, we fetch public channel metadata and video thumbnails via YouTube Data API v3. This includes channel names, avatars, and video information.
- Usage Data: We may collect information about how you interact with our Service (e.g., preview mode selections, feature usage).
- Device Information: Browser type, IP address, and device type for security and analytics purposes.

4. YouTube Data
ThumbsWise uses the YouTube Data API v3 to fetch public channel metadata, video thumbnails, and trending information. We comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Data API policies:

- We do not store sensitive YouTube account information
- We cache YouTube data with configurable TTLs to minimize API quota usage
- We do not share YouTube data with third parties
- Your YouTube channel is only accessed if you explicitly add it as a competitor or link your own channel

- Workspace Collaborators: Information you share is visible to team members you invite to your workspace based on their role (Viewer, Editor, Admin).

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information:
