ThumbsWise is committed to customer satisfaction. This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be issued for subscription payments made to ThumbsWise. This policy is operated by Yusuf İpek.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are available within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase. If you purchase a subscription and wish to cancel within 7 days of the initial payment, you may be eligible for a refund based on your usage of premium features.

AI Analysis Usage-Based Refund Tiers:

  • Less than 5 AI analyses: Full refund available
  • 5-10 AI analyses: Partial refund (50%) available
  • More than 10 AI analyses: No refund available due to significant usage of premium features

Additionally, refunds will be issued for:

  • Billing Errors: If you are charged incorrectly or charged multiple times for the same subscription
  • Unauthorized Charges: If you report unauthorized charges to your account and they are confirmed to be unauthorized

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

After the initial 7-day period, all payments are non-refundable except as required by law. Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Refund requests made more than 7 days after the initial purchase
  • Refunds for unused portions of a subscription after the 7-day window
  • Users who have used more than 10 AI analyses within the refund window
  • Refunds for accounts that have been suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service

4. How to Request a Refund

  • Your account email address
  • The date of the transaction
  • The amount charged
  • The reason for the refund request
  • Any relevant documentation or evidence supporting your claim

5. Refund Processing

Once we receive your refund request, we will:

  • Review your request within 5 business days
  • Notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request
  • If approved, process the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days
  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

6. Subscription Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for the next billing cycle
  • You will retain access to your workspace and projects until the end of the period
  • No refund will be issued for the current billing period unless you meet the refund eligibility criteria above

7. Chargeback and Disputes

If you dispute a charge through your credit card company or payment provider, we will cooperate with the dispute resolution process. However, please note that:

  • Chargebacks may result in the suspension of your account pending resolution of the dispute
  • If a chargeback is filed without first attempting to resolve the issue with us, your account may be permanently terminated
  • We reserve the right to pursue legal action to recover chargeback fees and damages resulting from fraudulent chargebacks

8. Special Circumstances

ThumbsWise reserves the right to issue refunds or credits in special circumstances at our sole discretion, even if the request does not meet the criteria outlined in this policy. Such decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis.

9. Changes to This Policy

ThumbsWise reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised policy means that you accept and agree to the changes.
